No meds..

I had to get doctor approval for my next refill of my medication. I called the doctors office a week before being out. Normally the pharmacy will automatically refill it when they get the approval. I hadn't heard anything, so when I was down to two pills I called the pharmacy for the refill. Needless to say they didn't come in. I was already having issues and today has been bad. I'm praying it comes in tomorrow.

My older son has been sick this week. And I really have no patience with him, even when he's sick. And I feel really guilty about that.

I'm angry, sad, and everything in between.

Ditto

Wow, it's been almost 3 years since I wrote last! The title of my last entry was "mental illness SUCKS" and today I say Ditto! I haven't written in so long because I couldn't. I was not in a place where I could put my feelings out there without sounding like an angry old hag hashing out the same things over and over. Today though it's for my sons. I so much wish I could take away their imbalances and have them experience life uninhibited. Instead they have my imbalances. They have anger, hatred, depression, anxiety, ADHD, ... The list goes on.  I wish I could erase the pain they have inflicted on others. I can't apologize enough for the hurtful words and actions they have taken. I can't fix this. God can, if He chooses to. But He may not. This may be part of their testimony. Abuse is abuse no matter what kind it is.

Recently in a conversation someone said that the abuse was "just" mental and "just verbal". There is no "just" when it comes to abuse. None. Physical abuse wounds heal and may leave scars, but mental and verbal abuse stays with you. Those words stick with you and play in your mind over and over and over. Even after you're away from the abuser, the things they said and did are still there. Abuse is abuse no matter the kind. Period.
